Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, the albums you own, your uploaded photos and videos, and your memberships within 30 days.
How do I report a photo or block someone?
Open any photo full-screen and tap the flag icon to report it. To block a user, tap their avatar in an album and choose "Block user"; their content then disappears from your view. We review reports within 24 hours.
How do subscriptions work?
Premium is billed through the App Store and auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. The 4K download is a one-time purchase per album.
Joining an album
Scan the album's QR code or enter its 6-digit code in the app (Join album). Photos you take during the album's time window can be added afterwards via Smart-Sync.
