Usage

By using Trubel you agree to these terms. You need an account and are responsible for your login credentials. Minimum age: 13 years.

Free & Premium

Free: multiple active albums, QR collecting, world map. Premium: unlimited albums, 4K original-quality download, more members per album. Premium is billed via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancellation

A Premium subscription can be cancelled anytime in your App Store settings. Access remains until the end of the billing period.

Your content

All photos, videos, albums and text belong to you. We store and process them solely to operate the app (display, QR sharing, world map). We do not use your content for advertising or AI training.

Conduct & Moderation

Trubel is for personal memories, not for illegal, offensive or copyright-infringing content. Album owners are responsible for ensuring all members consent to the photo collection.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can report photos and videos and block users directly in the app. We review reported content within 24 hours, remove violations and ban offending users.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss due to technical outages, device problems, or your own deletions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
