Trubel lets you create shared, time-windowed photo albums. This policy explains what we collect, where it is stored, and the choices you have.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers in the European Union (eu-west-2). We use TLS/SSL in transit and encryption at rest.

Data we collect

Email address (login)
Name (entered during onboarding, or provided by Sign in with Apple)
Date of birth (for 13+ age verification)
Albums (name, time window, optional location)
Photos and videos you upload to albums
Push notification token

Location & GPS data

Trubel uses your location only when you explicitly set it for an album. Photo GPS coordinates are used by Smart-Sync to filter matching camera-roll photos; this processing happens locally on your device.

Photo library

Smart-Sync accesses your camera roll only locally (filtered by album time window and optional GPS radius). Photos and videos are uploaded to our servers only when you explicitly select them for an album.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all data (in-app: Settings → Delete account)
Export your data (Art. 20 GDPR)
Withdraw consent

Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data (profile, albums, photos, videos) is permanently removed within 30 days.
